Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Manager to lead the establishment and operations of a LV Switchgear Assembly and Panel Manufacturing Company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of UAE experience in low-voltage switchgear manufacturing, assembly, or related fields, with a strong technical foundation in design, testing, and production management.

This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving the company from inception to full operational capacity overseeing technical, commercial, and organizational aspects to ensure sustainable growth and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company setup, licensing, and facility establishment for LV switchgear assembly operations.
• Oversee production processes, including assembly, QA/QC, and compliance with IEC, DEWA, and ADDC standards.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing of materials, and overall production planning.
• Recruit, train, and supervise both technical and commercial teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to establish market presence and expand customer base.
• Drive profitability through cost optimization, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Provide regular operational and financial reports to the Board or company owners.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
• 10-15 years of proven UAE experience in LV switchgear manufacturing, assembly, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of IEC standards, testing procedures, and LV component integration (ABB, Schneider, Legrand, Siemens, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior management or general management role within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and business development skills.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver under pressure.
