In this role, your key responsibilities include :
Develop and execute the strategic sales plan, provide quarterly updates, revisions and modifications and coordinate the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all functional departments in order to achieve sales targets, expand the company’s customer base and ensure seamless execution.
Generate revenue through sale of various financial services of the Bank and define and manage the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel in order to achieve the agreed financial targets.
Monitor and control customer portfolios in order to achieve desired quality through cross sell, upsell and retention.
Develop and manage internal stakeholders/external agencies and client relationships in order to achieve desired objectives of the Bank
Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance. Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation.
Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation.
Identify opportunities to contribute to organizational and departmental change initiatives, programs and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience
At least 8 years of relationship management experience in Banking/financial services industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting of relevant specialization.
In depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends
Understanding of consumer Banking products and services
Numerical and financial analysis skills
