Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We’re seeking a Client Services Executive to support and grow our client relationships while managing the end-to-end delivery of market research projects. This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of experience in research or consultancy, who thrives in a collaborative, client-facing environment and has a passion for both project coordination and insight development.
� Client Relationship Management
• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring strong and professional communication.
• Understand client business needs and deliver relevant, high-quality research solutions.
• Assist in proposal development, presentations, and delivery of insights.
� Research Management
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee both qualitative and quantitative research projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop research proposals, questionnaires, discussion guides, and sampling frameworks.
• Coordinate with fieldwork partners, data collection teams, and analysts to maintain high data quality.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource use to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure adherence to research ethics, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
� Data Analysis & Insight Development
• Conduct initial data checks and basic statistical analyses (e.g., cross-tabulations, significance testing).
• Analyze survey results and market intelligence to uncover key trends and patterns.
• Prepare clear, insightful client reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS plus other visualization and dashboard tools.
• Work with research and strategy teams to synthesize findings and build actionable recommendations.
• Stay current on industry trends, research tools, and client sector developments to enhance delivery.
Ideal Candidate
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: 2–3 years in client servicing, market research, or project management.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools such as SPSS or survey platforms; basic statistical understanding.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Fluent in English; strong written and verbal skills. Arabic is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
