Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings with stakeholders while ensuring optimal time management for executives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external parties, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
  • Prepare detailed agendas and minutes for meetings, capturing essential discussions and action items for follow-up.
  • Conduct thorough research and compile data for presentations and reports, ensuring information is accurate and relevant.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, demonstrating discretion in all aspects of the role.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables to support executive initiatives.
  • Create and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Implement office policies and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
  • Support budget preparation and expense tracking, collaborating with finance teams to ensure fiscal responsibility.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, providing a solid foundation in organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a proven track record of supporting senior executives.
