Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, manage schedules efficiently, and ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities


Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements

Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents

Organize and maintain files, records, and databases

Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Handle phone calls, emails, and communication on behalf of executives

Liaise with internal departments and external partners

Assist in planning events, conferences, and executive-level activities

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Perform general office duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile


Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Business Administration, Office Management, or related field)

Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Professional appearance and attitude

High level of integrity and confidentiality


Preferred Skills


Strong time-management and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Experience dealing with high-level executives

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
