Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert mortgage advice tailored to their unique financial situations.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments, analyzing income, assets, and debts to determine mortgage eligibility and affordability.
  • Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Holds a valid Mortgage Advisor license and any other relevant certifications, such as a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB).
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in mortgage origination or a similar financial role.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, including various loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
