Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Managers to be based in Dubai & Qatar to lead and grow our international perfume sales. The role involves developing new markets, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring smooth global operations while strengthening our brand presence worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new export markets and business opportunities.
  • Manage and expand distributor/retail networks.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing on product launches and promotions.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in global export sales (perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury goods preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of international trade and export procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English ( Spoken Arabic is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
