  • Job Description

The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing international markets, generating business opportunities, and managing end-to-end sales execution for industrial products. The role involves foreign travel, especially across the MENA, Gulf regions, Europe etc, close coordination with manufacturing, and strong client relationship management to achieve sales targets even in challenging market conditions.



  • Skill:

o Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Basic technical skills or Willingness to grasp technical understanding of the product

o Experience in Export sales and marketing of industrial products

o Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation abilities

o Self-starter with high level of initiative and ownership

o Persistent, yet flexible approach to sales challenges

o Knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures

o Ability to develop new markets and maintain long-term client relationships

o Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools

o Strong coordination skills between clients, manufacturing, and logistics

o Willingness and ability to travel extensively

o History of Travel to around the Middle East & Europe a big plus



  • Key Responsibility

o Develop and expand global markets

o Identify new markets and generate enquiries

o Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through effective negotiation and follow-up

o Maintain strong customer relationship with international clients and key account holders

o Schedule and conduct client meetings, providing special attention to key accounts

o Execute orders in coordination with Production, Planning, Logistics, & clients

o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, plant capacity, and orders on hand

o Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

o Develop strategies to sell products in down or competitive market conditions

o Prepare annual sales plans and targets in coordination with manufacturing team

o Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and seminars. Managing exhibition arrangements

o Prepare presentations, sales reports, and market analysis using Microsoft Office tools

o Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of all sales activities

o Travel extensively as required without limitations

o Leading the development of websites, product catalogs for global marketing activities.
