Role Summary

* Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
* Present food and beverage menus, provide informed recommendations, and take orders accurately.
* Serve meals and beverages efficiently, maintaining elegance and discretion.
* Ensure all service areas are clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready.
* Set up the restaurant prior to service and manage mise-en-place and mise-en-sc ne.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and resolve any concerns with care.
* Apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, and minimize wastage and breakage.

Ideal Profile

* Prior experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel dining, or fine-dining service preferred.
* Knowledge of international cuisine and beverages is a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong customer service orientation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, team spirit, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
* Basic English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
