Job Description

The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for developing and implementing the sales improvement strategy. He also oversees Food and Beverage operations and manages his team.

  • Supervises the activities of the restaurants, bars and Room Service
  • Establishes budgets, forecasts and schedules according to the hotel's strategy.
  • Implements the procedures and instructions set by Management in the various departments.
  • Participates in departmental meetings and contributes to their preparation
  • Manages operations and establishes a work environment conducive to achieving the objectives set by Management
  • Conducts annual performance reviews, evaluates, trains and advises managers and employees of the various departments, in accordance with the standards set by the hotel.
  • Communicates effectively with employees
  • Leads the daily briefing with the various department heads
  • It is attentive to evolving customer needs and adapts the products and services offered as necessary.
  • S ensures customer and employee satisfaction, while maintaining the competitiveness and financial efficiency of its departments.
  • Anticipates customer needs and implements the processes necessary for their satisfaction
  • Communicates effectively with other departments
  • Ensures compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the departments
