Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of F&B outlets, meticulously examining operational procedures, from food preparation to service standards, to ensure adherence to established protocols and policies.
  • Evaluate inventory management practices, including stock control, wastage reduction, and cost optimization, to identify areas for improvement and enhance profitability.
  • Assess financial controls, such as cash handling procedures, point-of-sale systems, and revenue reconciliation, to safeguard assets and prevent financial discrepancies.
  • Analyze guest feedback and complaint data, using insights to identify recurring issues and recommend targeted solutions to improve guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of F&B operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures, menu costing, and service standards.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on operations.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and systems, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
