Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan menus and events effectively.
  • Train, develop, and motivate the food and beverage team for peak performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, placing orders and ensuring proper stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving guest inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor financial performance, implementing strategies to increase revenue and control costs.
  • Organize regular staff meetings to facilitate communication and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on departmental activities.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Handle staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Monitor and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality consistently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and management principles.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer service issues.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service establishments.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
