We are currently seeking a skilled Façade Inspector for a project-based role on a prestigious development located on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. This is a specialised position focusing on aluminium façade systems, working alongside multidisciplinary teams on a high-profile project. Key Responsibilities Inspect and monitor façade works, with a strong focus on aluminium systems, curtain walling, glazing, and cladding Work closely with Architecture and Civil teams to ensure design intent and execution are aligned Review installations against specifications, drawings, and quality standards Identify defects, non-conformities, and ensure timely resolution Coordinate with both contractor and consultant teams to maintain quality across all stages of the project Produce detailed inspection reports and documentation Requirements Proven experience as a Façade Inspector on large-scale construction projects Strong specialisation in aluminium façade systems Background in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering (non-HVAC) Experience working on both consultant and contractor sides Exposure to well-known or landmark projects is highly desirable Solid understanding of façade installation processes and QA/QC procedures Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Profile Experience working in the UAE or wider Middle East Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment High attention to detail and strong reporting capability If you are in Dubai or willing to relocate, with the right skill set, please APPLY NOW. redfish solutions* promotes a culture where diversity is welcomed and celebrated.
