Facade Divison Manager Union Properties (P.J.S.C)

The Facade Division Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the facade division, including the production of aluminum and glass at the factory and the installation of facade systems at construction sites. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in facade engineering, manufacturing, and installation, ensuring seamless coordination between the factory and site operations to deliver high-quality facade solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Factory Operations Management

• Oversee the production of aluminum and glass components at the factory, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor factory performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory.
• Manage procurement of raw materials, tools, and equipment required for production.
• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure production aligns with project specifications and technical requirements.

2. Site Operations Management

• Manage the installation of facade systems at construction sites, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Develop and oversee site installation schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of facade works.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any challenges or delays.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in facade engineering, manufacturing, and installation, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing both factory and site operations for facade projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials (aluminum, glass, etc.), and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to facades.
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of ERP systems for production and inventory management is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Split responsibilities between factory operations and construction site management.
