Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site execution of façade works including aluminum systems, GRC elements, and associated façade components.

  • Coordinate installation activities for high-rise building façade systems.

  • Manage façade logistics, including material delivery, storage, access planning, and installation sequencing.

  • Review shop drawings and technical submittals, ensuring proper implementation and constructability.

  • Provide engineering support and resolve technical issues related to façade systems.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including façade lighting, architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

  • Conduct inspections and ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

  • Report progress and highlight risks or delays affecting façade works.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably high-rise developments.

  • Strong technical background in façade systems, GRC, and aluminum works.

  • Proven experience in façade site coordination and logistics management.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with good technical judgment.
