Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role involves coordinating maintenance, repairs, and security, as well as managing relationships with vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.
- Respond to emergency situations or disruptions of services and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance
- Oversee energy conservation and environmental initiatives.
- Maintain records of facility operations, including ongoing and completed tasks.
- Support admin department when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in using facility management software is a plus.
