Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This role involves coordinating maintenance, repairs, and security, as well as managing relationships with vendors and service providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.
  • Respond to emergency situations or disruptions of services and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance
  • Oversee energy conservation and environmental initiatives.
  • Maintain records of facility operations, including ongoing and completed tasks.
  • Support admin department when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in the UAE is preferred.
  • Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software is a plus.
