Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Daily Facility activity, Supporting in checking & planning Facility items (Pentry, stationary..etc.) and managing Facility cleaners and drivers activities.
  • Facility management scope includes 3 main sites (Depot L4&6 Depot L5 Two Depots for L3).
  • Support in Creating and updating Facility frequent reports, presentations.
  • Support with the interface within the Consortium, also with external partis.
  • Participating in other activities assigned by Training & Facility manager.
  • Ensuring the Safety, Environmental, and Health requirements when planning any training to be perform based on ALSTOM standers.

Desired Knowledge / requirement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Valid driving license, with the capability to travel to various locations within Riyadh as required.
  • Capability to supervise site activities related to facility.
  • Understanding Facility management scope and lead related initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Safety team and other departments for coordinated activities.
  • Good Microsoft office skills such as: Excel & word, other software s is a plus.
  • Logical and organized.
  • Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.
  • Be courageous by being accountable and proactive.
  • Show care by listening carefully, seeking feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Requirements

Facility management Diploma holder or similar qualification.

Languages: English & Arabic.
