Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the entire employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires from day one.
  • Manage and maintain employee records related to QIWA, MUDAD, GOSI etc as per the KSA Labour laws, with meticulous accuracy, ensuring compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing prompt and helpful support on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and assist in the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring employees understand their options.
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and efficiently, in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Organize and maintain HR documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews and providing administrative assistance.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, leveraging your skills to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Has a minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in HR administration, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Exhibits proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Is fluent in English as well as Arabic (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is a plus, depending on the company needs.
