Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory and production operations
• Assign tasks and monitor workers’ performance
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
• Enforce health and safety regulations in the workplace
• Monitor raw materials and inventory levels
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments as needed
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity
• Train new employees and evaluate team performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing role (3–5 years preferred) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Solid knowledge of production planning and quality control processes • Good understanding of health and safety regulations • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong communication and organizational skills • Basic computer skills (MS Office and reporting tools) • Hands-on, proactive, and result-oriented personality
