We are a precast concrete manufacturing workshop in Sharjah producing precast concrete products such as wall panels and columns. We are hiring a Precast Concrete factory incharge to manage daily production operations, coordinate manpower and raw materials, ensure quality, and maintain safe workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production (wall panels & columns), according to sites requirements

• Coordinate workers, molds, raw material preparation, casting and curing

• Ensure product quality (dimensions, finishing, defect prevention, curing checks)

• Control material flow and workshop readiness, molds, tools, housekeeping

• Enforce safety rules (PPE, lifting safety, clean site discipline)

• Daily reporting.
