Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Previous Experience in the UAE is a must
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and SOPs for cleaning and catering services.
Conduct routine audits and inspections across all sites (cleaning and catering) to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations.
Monitor chemical usage, cleaning protocols, kitchen hygiene, and food handling procedures.
Train supervisors and staff on quality assurance standards and best practices.
Identify skill gaps and ensure continuous training on hygiene, sanitation, and customer service.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for quality-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
Prepare quality reports and present findings to management with recommendations for improvements.
Support external audits and client inspections.
Respond to client complaints regarding service quality and implement corrective measures.
Proactively identify areas of improvement across operations and recommend solutions.
Work closely with operations, kitchen staff, and site supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality control or hygiene management, preferably within cleaning and/or catering services in the UAE.
