Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Female Telecaller with strong experience in software product sales. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of telesales experience, specifically in selling software solutions, and a proven ability to generate leads, engage clients, and drive conversions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database
Promote and sell software products by clearly explaining features and benefits
Identify client needs and position suitable software solutions
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager
Handle objections and close deals over calls when applicable
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in telesales, with a focus on software product sales (mandatory)
Strong understanding of software solutions / SaaS products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
UAE market experience preferred
Target-oriented with a proactive approach
