Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential customers via phone, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Present and promote company products or services, highlighting key benefits and addressing customer needs.
  • Manage and maintain a customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong track record of success.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Possesses a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant telesales experience in the Indian market.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
