Demo Setup & Field Support

• Prepare, transport, and set up ZoyeMed demo units at customer sites (clinics, hospitals, corporates, events).

• Assemble/secure hardware components, mounts, cables, peripherals, and packaging for safe movement.

• Ensure the demo environment is “show-ready” (power, connectivity, peripherals, cleanliness, cable management).

Basic Troubleshooting & Minor Repairs

• Perform first-level troubleshooting: power issues, loose connections, cable faults, peripheral issues, device boot issues.

• Replace basic consumables/spares (cables, connectors, adapters, sensors/peripherals where applicable).

• Carry out minor mechanical adjustments (tightening, alignment, fastening, enclosure checks).

• Maintain service logs and escalate complex issues to engineering with clear diagnostics.

Preventive Maintenance & Readiness

• Maintain a checklist for demo units: inspection, cleaning, firmware/software updates as instructed, battery/power supplies, accessories.

• Keep a small spares kit organized and tracked (inventory + reorder alerts).

Basic IT / Networking Support

• Set up basic connectivity: LAN/Wi-Fi, hotspot, router/switch connections, verifying internet access.

• Perform simple network checks (IP configuration basics, connectivity tests, device pairing where applicable).

• Coordinate with customer IT for onsite access requirements (without taking on deep IT admin tasks).

Logistics & Coordination

• Arrange transportation for units and accessories (booking, packing, pickup/drop-off coordination).

• Support event logistics: booth setup, teardown, storage, equipment tracking.

• Maintain asset register for demo units and accessories.
