Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility within their stores.
- Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities by targeting and onboarding new retail accounts that align with the brand's target demographic.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and training sessions for retail staff, empowering them to effectively sell and promote cosmetic products.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic sales plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience of 3-5 years in field sales within the cosmetics or beauty industry, demonstrating a track record of sales success.
A strong understanding of cosmetic products, beauty trends, and the competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with retailers and consumers.
