Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing and growing a designated territory, focusing on FMCG or Cosmetics products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts to ensure product visibility and availability.
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to maximize product placement and sales performance in retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Holds a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Has a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG or Cosmetics industry.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of the local market and retail landscape.
