Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-
Be the first point of contact for allocated customers regarding any issues related to agreed on-site scopes of work.
-
Develop strong relationships with key client contacts.
-
Be responsible for on-site Health & Safety.
-
Compile on-site risk assessments for scopes of work.
-
Lead and supervise on-site repair teams during site contract execution.
-
Provide continuous improvement in repair, installation, and commissioning activities.
-
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to optimize future service opportunities.
-
Liaise with technical departments within Sulzer to develop engineering solutions.
-
Develop method statements and participate in RCA meetings.
Qualifications / Requirements
-
Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent / Mechanical Engineering technical qualification.
-
10 years experience in installation and commissioning activities related to pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
-
Experience in assembly, operation, and testing of pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
-
General computer skills (MS Office).
-
Strong customer service skills.
-
Ability to act independently.
-
Flexibility and adaptability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent / Mechanical Engineering technical qualification.
- 10 years experience in installation and commissioning activities related to pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
- Experience in assembly, operation, and testing of pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
