Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, utilizing critical thinking to identify patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care, facilitating communication among doctors, specialists, and families.
  • Implement infection control protocols to minimize risks, actively educating patients about hygiene practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
  • Valid and active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license, ensuring compliance with national standards.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, showcasing hands-on expertise in patient care.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) to handle emergency situations effectively.
