Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to provide insights into financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries effectively.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and corporate governance policies.
- Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and procedures to optimize workflow and accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management activities to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Provide financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions and project evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced positions.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
Experience in the industry relevant to the company's operations, such as E-commerce, D2C.
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills can be an advantage in international roles.
Strong technical skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel capabilities are essential.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated personal qualities such as attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to financial management.
