Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports by gathering and organizing data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests promptly, verifying that they adhere to company policies and budget constraints.
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues to maintain accurate financial standings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred to provide a solid foundation for financial principles.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting demonstrates a strong understanding of financial operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is essential for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables, are necessary for data analysis.
