Role Overview
As part of a UAE expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Finance Controller / Manager to sit on the leadership team and own financial stewardship for the region. This is a senior, hands-on position that combines strategic oversight with operational execution you will shape processes, strengthen controls, and provide the financial insight needed to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring timely consolidation and clear variance explanations.
Design, implement, and maintain internal controls and compliance processes to meet regulatory and audit expectations.
Drive financial governance and performance initiatives that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Provide strong financial business partnering translate financial results into actionable recommendations for operational leaders.
Conduct cost and profitability analysis to inform pricing, investment and resource-allocation decisions.
Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed.
Build, mentor, and guide the finance team to raise capability and accountability across deliverables.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles (e.g., Finance Controller, Head of Finance, Senior FP&A Manager).
Proven expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
Track record of driving stronger financial governance and measurable performance improvements.
Strong leadership skills with excellent stakeholder management and communication comfortable presenting to senior management.
Hands-on experience with accounting systems and financial tools (ERP/BI experience preferred).
Professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/CFA) and a relevant degree are desirable.
Ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-focused environment with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
