Job Summary:

Al Reem Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead the companys financial operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in the healthcare sector, with a solid background in financial audit. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and strategy, managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. This role is critical to maintaining financial integrity, operational efficiency, and supporting long-term organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Mandatory experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong background in financial audit, including risk assessment and internal control evaluations.
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and UAE financial regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and work cross-functionally with executive leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred).
• Based in the UAE; immediate joiner preferred.
