- Internal Audit of Pharma Manufacturing Plant.

- Preparation & presentation of the Internal Audit Report.

- Follow up on implementation of the SOPs and audit recommendations.

- Supervising day-to-day accounting for the holding company.

- Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and policies.

- Conduct and coordinate internal audits to evaluate financial practices, report findings, and recommend improvements.

- Monitor and report on audit actions arising from both internal and external audit reports.

- Implement and monitor internal controls, identifying risks and proposing solutions.

- Lead financial process improvements, leveraging tools such as data analysis.

- Co-ordination and documentation for banking related works at holding company.

- Co-ordination with the plant team.

- Ensuring various compliances of the holding company.

- Handling the support team.

- Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

• Plan and define audit objectives and procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to management.
• Track corrective actions agreed upon with management following audits.
• Collaborate with external auditors and support annual audit processes.
