Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategy.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, month-end closings, and reconciliations.

• Analyze financial performance, budgets, and provide insights to the Managing Director.

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.

• Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Monitor cash flow and highlight variances from financial plans.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

•Check, verify, and confirm sales invoices and supplier bills before payment.

• Prepare and send Statements of Accounts (SOA) to clients; follow up for collections.

• Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders and payment follow-ups.

• Manage KYC, onboarding, and documentation for new clients and suppliers.

• Assist in sourcing new suppliers and ingredients.

• Prepare costing for new products / recipes

• Handle supplier payments via online banking.

• Manage petty cash, daily sales, and expense tracking.

• Record sales invoices, supplier bills, payroll, and month-end adjustments in the system.

• Prepare quarterly VAT filings and submit to auditors.

• Generate annual sales reports, FS schedules, and support external audit requirements.

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports including Sales and P&L.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus). • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in ERP software, e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or MS Excel.

• Experience in Manufacturing / Food and Beverage Industry • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
