Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve financial policies and procedures for efficiency gains.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for board meetings and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on market trends, financial developments, and industry regulations.
• Manage external financial relationships and liaise with auditors, banks, and investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to financial details.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a financial team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial results to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Skilled in strategic planning and financial risk management techniques.
