Responsible for preparing accurate monthly financial reports and end-of-period financial statements, including trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Actively contribute to the annual budgeting process, covering costing, margins, and trade loaders, and consolidate financial data for reporting to the Finance Manager.

Provide financial insights and advice on the company s overall financial position.

Support management and cross-functional teams with financial analysis to assess the impact of key variables on product and brand profitability.

Work closely with the Marketing Department to evaluate pricing changes and prepare profitability analyses for pharmaceutical tender sales to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate with Sales to review monthly sales and collection targets.

Review and validate the costing of shipping and received orders against budget, providing approvals and recommendations to ensure cost control and budget compliance.
