Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise daily Corporate Support operations to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery across assigned activities.

2. Plan and organize work allocation, priorities, and resources to ensure operational continuity and optimal team performance.

3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Shared Services, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of corporate support services.

4. Monitor service levels, turnaround times, and KPIs, and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.

5. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, governance standards, and information security requirements.

6. Review and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and automation opportunities.

7. Contribute to Corporate Support functions beyond operations, including supporting project governance and strategy enablement activities as required.

8. Plan and support the launch of internal initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, service quality, and organizational effectiveness.

9. Prepare and communicate operational and functional reports, dashboards, and updates to management as required.

Key Accountabilities

1. Guide, and assist employees by direct reports to perform their functional operations efficiently.

2. Supervise the team s staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

3. Evaluate employees performance with continuous feedback on their assigned targets.

4. Comply with communication and information sharing/handling policy to ensure confidentiality of the information and comply with all relevant risk and information security procedures to ensure operating within the acceptable risk levels.

5. Administer the development and implementation of the function s policies, procedures, and processes covering all areas of the function s activities to ensure the fulfillment of all work requirements.

6. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.

Master s Degree is preferred.

Professional certifications in Project Management, Operations, Quality, or Business Excellence are an advantage.

4 + years of experience in corporate support, operations, Strategy Enablement, or administrative management roles.

Experience in regulated or financial services environments is highly preferred.

Exposure to governance, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination is desirable.
