Roles & Responsibilities
About the Team:
You will join our Credit Training faculty, a globally collaborative team that designs and delivers credit programs and academies to banks, financial institutions, regulators, and multilaterals. The team operates across in-house, virtual, and public courses, with high visibility across client engagements.
Trainers are expected to attend the office on a regular basis when not fulfilling training commitments.
How You ll Make an Impact:
- Design and deliver high-quality training across corporate credit programs and academies via in-house, virtual, and public courses to improve client decision-making, risk management, and portfolio outcomes
- Translate complex credit concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences aligned to client objectives and Fitch Learning quality standards
- Prepare and continuously enhance training materials and assessments to reflect evolving industry practices, regulations, and product innovations
- Support business development as a subject matter expert participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals, and presenting program solutions to client stakeholders
- Serve as the first point of contact for content, technical, and process questions related to corporate credit, strengthening client trust and program effectiveness
Desired Candidate Profile
You May be a Good Fit if You Have:
- Extensive corporate credit experience within a leading commercial bank, investment bank, rating agency, financial regulator, or similar financial institution
- Proven presentation skills and confidence teaching complex topics to diverse audiences (virtual and in-person)
- Are an effective communicator with a passion for education and measurable impact on learner outcomes/li>
