Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, civil modification, and turnkey projects
Identify and approach potential clients including office owners, retail shops, restaurants, villas, property management companies, consultants, and contractors
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions to understand client requirements
Coordinate with estimation and design teams for quotations, proposals, and project submissions
Follow up with clients and consultants to convert inquiries into confirmed projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, quotations, and project progress
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming fit-out opportunities in the UAE
Represent the company professionally during presentations, meetings, and sales negotiations

Fit-Out Sales Executive Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, civil modification, and turnkey projects
Identify and approach potential clients including office owners, retail shops, restaurants, villas, property management companies, consultants, and contractors
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions to understand client requirements
Coordinate with estimation and design teams for quotations, proposals, and project submissions
Follow up with clients and consultants to convert inquiries into confirmed projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
Proven experience in fit-out, interior, renovation, or construction sales within the UAE
Strong ability to generate leads and secure projects independently
Good understanding of fit-out works, interior finishing, civil works, and project execution processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
Strong networking and business development capabilities
Valid UAE driving license
Familiarity with UAE fit-out market, contractors, consultants, and property sector is an advantage
Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented personality
