Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts from pre-award to close-out
• Negotiate terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and project requirements
• Handle variations, claims, and contractual disputes
• Liaise with project and commercial teams for smooth delivery
• Monitor contract performance and report on risks

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE UAE-based experience
• Proven track record on large-scale fit out projects
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and local contract law
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
