Fitout Project Manager Life Pharmacy LLC

Retail Fit-Out Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution of pharmacy store setups and refurbishments. This role is not for a desk-based coordinator — we need someone who lives on-site, solves problems in real time, manages vendors tightly, and delivers stores on time, within budget, and ready to trade.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Fit-Out Execution
   Manage complete pharmacy fit-out projects from site handover to store opening.

2. Vendor & Contractor Management
   Handle civil, MEP, joinery, signage, and fixture vendors — push for speed, quality, and accountability.

3. Joinery & Fixtures Oversight
   Closely monitor fabrication and installation of pharmacy counters, shelving, gondolas, and storage units.

4. Tendering & Cost Negotiation
   Float RFQs, compare quotes, negotiate aggressively, and finalize cost-effective vendors without compromising quality.

5. Site Supervision (Hands-On)
   Be physically present at sites, track daily progress, and resolve issues instantly — no over-reliance on reports.

6. Timeline & Delivery Control
   Ensure projects are delivered on or before deadlines with zero last-minute chaos.

7. Coordination with Internal Teams
   Work closely with retail operations, merchandising, IT, and compliance teams to ensure store readiness.

8. Authority Approvals & Compliance
   Coordinate with mall management, landlords, and authorities for approvals and inspections.

9. Snagging & Quality Checks
   Conduct thorough snagging before handover — ensure zero compromise on finish and functionality.

10. Budget Tracking & Control
    Monitor project costs, prevent leakages, and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

11. Problem Solving on Ground
    Handle site issues (design gaps, vendor delays, material shortages) quickly and practically.

12. Material Planning & Procurement Follow-Up
    Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.

13. Multi-Site Project Handling
    Manage multiple store fit-outs simultaneously without losing control.

14. Reporting (Simple & Practical)
    Provide clear, concise updates — focus on progress, risks, and solutions (not lengthy presentations).

Key Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in retail fit-outs (Retail stores/pharmacy / FMCG / supermarket preferred) , not luxury stores

• Strong experience in joinery, fixtures, and mall-based retail setups

• Proven ability to deliver projects fast and within budget

• Ability to read drawings but also challenge impractical designs

• Strong negotiation and vendor handling skills

• Willingness to be on-site most of the time
