Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new fleet business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key fleet clients and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver competitive fleet sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery in coordination with the management team.
- Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets in alignment with overall company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of all fleet sales activities, pipelines, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and UAE market regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in automotive fleet sales within the UAE (experience with premium brands preferred).
- Strong network and existing client base within the UAE corporate and government sectors is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
