Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Developing, creating, and meticulously optimising driver schedules through effective shift planning to maximise productivity and ensure timely transportation services.

Overseeing and managing a talented team of 30+ drivers, thereby expanding our capacity and operational efficiency.

Diligently monitoring adherence to established schedules and implementing measures to guarantee efficient resource allocation. This includes the comprehensive coordination of all fleet operations on-site, ensuring that all resources are utilised effectively and operational goals are met consistently.

A demonstrated track record of planning and personnel management skills is highly desirable.

Candidates should be able to showcase their ability to organise teams, optimise workflows, and manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Valid UAE driving license.

Fluent English level.

Construction site office work format.
