Ability to manage team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement disciplinary procedures when required.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational and guest-related issues efficiently.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role within an upscale 5-star luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.
