Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Floor Manager Sales will manage daily showroom sales operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving sales targets in a jewellery showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day showroom floor sales activities
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve targets
- Manage and assist customers with gold and diamond jewellery selection
- Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom discipline
- Monitor sales performance, billing, and floor productivity
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain visual merchandising and staff grooming standards
- Coordinate with billing, stock, and backend teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience Required:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Jewellery Sales
looking for south Indian candidates ( Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana)
