Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Purpose:
  • The Floor Supervisor, PRO & Assistant to Management will play a multifaceted role combining operational supervision, government liaison, and direct support to senior management. This position is responsible for overseeing worker safety, asset management, transportation coordination, and smooth communication with governmental authorities, while also assisting management with various tasks as required.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. PRO Handling
  • Act as the primary liaison with all governmental organizations for visa, labor, immigration, and other regulatory matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents and approvals to maintain compliance.
  • 2. Safety Management
  • Oversee and enforce safety protocols across the factory premises.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and monitor adherence to local labour laws and company policies.
  • 3. Accounts Support
  • Assist with job assignments related to collections, banking transactions, and other financial tasks as delegated by the Accounts department.
  • 4. Transportation & Garage Coordination
  • Manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and communication with garages for all company vehicles, including those assigned to management personnel.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and driver schedules to ensure efficient transportation operations.
  • 5. Asset Management
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all company assets, including machinery and equipment inventory.
  • Monitor asset utilization, condition, and coordinate timely maintenance or replacement.
  • 6. Employee Relations
  • Professionally and patiently handle all worker complaints, aiming for resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • 7. Management Support
  • Execute direct jobs and tasks assigned by senior management promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance as required.
  • 8. Official Vehicle
  • A company-assigned Nissan Sunny will be provided for all official work-related travel and duties.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 5 years experience in supervisory roles with PRO handling and operational coordination.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in dealing with UAE government procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities with professionalism.
