Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Follow up with clients by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Answer client questions and give basic support.
Coordinate with internal teams for client requests.
Update client details and follow-up records.
Support payment and document follow-ups when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any graduate or diploma holder.
Basic experience in customer support or follow-up.
Good communication in English & Hindi (other languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Polite, organized, and good at follow-up.
