Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the waiters and service team in providing seamless, high-quality service to guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest grooming and hygiene standards.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are accurate and presented as per resort standards.
- Support table setup, cleaning, and reset between guest turnovers.
- Maintain full knowledge of the restaurant s menu, daily specials, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in all service areas.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests courteously, proactively, and efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- 1 2 years of experience in a food and beverage or hospitality service role, preferably in a luxury or high-volume setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
