Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide refined and attentive service to guests across restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining.
- Present menus, describe dishes, and recommend selections that match guest preferences.
- Ensure tables, utensils, and service stations are impeccably set and maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all service areas.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support special events, private dining, and banquet services when required.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately in the POS system.
- Uphold the brand s luxury image through exceptional presentation and hospitality.

Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or hospitality-related qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
Knowledge of food service standards and beverage pairings.
Team-oriented, courteous, and detail-focused.
Multilingual ability, especially English or Italian, is an advantage.
