Position Overview
Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead and innovate across all dining outlets and banquet services. This role ensures that the hotel delivers exceptional food and beverage experiences in line with IHG standards while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of restaurants, lounges, and banquet services.
* Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest dining experiences.
* Lead, motivate, and train the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
* Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus and promotional offers.
* Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and implement effective cost controls.
* Monitor guest feedback, identify service gaps, and drive improvements.
* Maintain compliance with IHG brand standards and local regulations.
* Support the Director of Operations in strategic planning and execution.
Ideal Profile
* 5 7 years of F&B management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Previous IHG brand experience preferred.
* Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of local dining and hospitality trends.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Solid financial management and business acumen.
* Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and driving F&B innovation.
